Today Christopher asked me
what we should have for supper,
I love those days. I knew exactly
what I was going to ask for......
The chicken fingers to
beat all other chicken fingers!
Made with fresh chicken breast
and breaded with panko crumbs.
Simple, right?
But it has the perfect crunch,
and soft and moist inside.
Of course he made a sauce.
He always goes the extra mile
to make a yummy dish. I love
getting to taste what goes on
in that mind of his.
He calls the sauce, that sauce:
Ginger, curry, wine and soya
dark and delicious
and of course
to mix it up I make:
a traditional honey dill sauce. Thanks
to Twisters restaurant for the recipe. I would never buy this sauce when I can make it better! Mayo, honey and dill it's just so easy. You may be wondering why I'm writing this in first person, well Chris hates honey dill and won't even look at it. How unfortunate because it's delicious and the best
combo for chicken.
About the chef
This man's love language is food, if he knows you like something
he will make it for you. Recently he made pork chops for the
extremely picky neighbor, she was blown away.
You can't help but love a dish that's made with so much heart.
Debating moving in with you guys so I can partake in these delicious meals.
