Friday is youth day and i'm one of the spunky youth leaders at Waves of glory.
That means i'm not home for supper but that does not mean my husband
is not being productive and creative! I came home to the smell of
his famous bread pudding! Thanks to chef Franck!
I did not even get to take a bite! We will be taking this lovely dessert to a dinner party this sunday.
This dish always goes well and is even approved by his brother Joey (who never eats dessert)
Serve warm with a plethora of cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce!
Can't wait to enjoy a big helping of this bread pudding!
A little about the chef
Chris' free time is spent watching the food network and dreaming up creative food.
This guy is always ready to go grocery shopping and can be at the store daily taking
inspiration from his shows and the aisles. He is never afraid to try new foods and our
kitchen is filled with many crazy tools and gadgets and lets not forget about his knives!
