Zucchini Tacos
This is a recipe my mother used to make, she always has a garden and grows the biggest zucchini i've ever seen. We grabbed a small zucchini the last time we were in Winkler and Chris knew exactly what he wanted to make! I really love how he doesn't follow a recipe but always looks to make it better.
What used to be a plain yet delicious meal, turned into a spicy and flavorful re-vamped dish. Taco style ground beef inside a half zucchini, with the seeds scooped out. Then filled with the taco meat and baked, cheese and sriracha are added and then back in oven to broil. Topped off with a scoop of boursin cheese. MMM mmm you actually need a spoon to dig out this soft goodness.

Christopher has inspiring desire to cook for others and loves to create for an audience.
That being said we need to have more dinner parties with our friends!
His favorite show on the cooking show is Triple D and records many shows.
He doesn't like to travel but if he had to he would definetly enjoy the variety of
restaurants triple d has showcased.
